The 360 discovery discussion is the first meeting you have with us. We look at your whole IT setup, you tell us where you need assistance, how often and what your budgets are. We will then come back to you with a Managed Service proposal.

All of our IT support packages are tailored to the specific needs of each business. Typically, we work on a 12-month agreement, providing responsive remote support alongside optional on-site visits where needed. We also schedule regular check-ins with key stakeholders to ensure your IT continues to support your business effectively. This approach allows us to deliver a proactive and personal service.

We provide on site support if required, this would be a pre-agreed date with a technician and could be for project work, installations, migrations or even training.

We are able to provide consultancy through the Cyber Essentials scheme providing assistance during the various steps of this process so you can become Cyber Essentials certified.

Yes, we have many years of experience in IT Security & Governance. We understand every company is setup differently but can help ensure all your systems are robust.

If you are planning to move your IT systems to the cloud, we have experience in such projects and can provide excellent project support for this.
