We typically support SMEs, providing a tailored service that supports companies on going growth and strategy.

The 360 discovery discussion is the first meeting you have with us. We look at your whole IT setup, you tell us where you need assistance, how often and what your budgets are. We will then come back to you with a Managed Service proposal.

How does support work?

All our IT Support packages are tailored to suit the business we support. Generally speaking we would support for a 12-month period with on-site days available if required. We will also regularly catch up with key stakeholders at your business to help. At 360 Tech Solutions we find this approach provides a more personal service.

Can you provide on-site support?

We provide on site support if required, this would be a pre-agreed date with a technician and could be for project work, installations, migrations or even training.

Can you help with Cyber Essentials?

We are able to provide consultancy through the Cyber Essentials scheme providing assistance during the various steps of this process so you can become Cyber Essentials certified.

Can you help with IT Security?

Yes, we have many years of experience in IT Security & Governance. We understand every company is setup differently but can help ensure all your systems are robust.

Can you assist with Cloud migration?

If you are planning to move your IT systems to the cloud, we have experience in such projects and can provide excellent project support for this.
